These missions allow users to dive into an original storyworld while also providing insights into the different elements of a collectible-driven experience.
Mission 3 guides holders through a variety of Web3 concepts - and related missions support their understanding of how they can understand their collectibles, create communities, and even participate in the development and direction of this shared storyworld and production.

THE LARGEST PART OF ANY PROJECT IS THE COMMUNITY’S IMAGINATION
Big creative projects - whether they’re built in web3 or are decade spanning juggernaut franchises like Star Wars - ask their audience to spend dozens or even hundreds of hours of their lives engaging with the creative work they make. For audience members who love those worlds, who are inspired by them, the impact is exponential - a fan will spend thousands, even hundreds of thousands of hours in their lives considering, playing and imagining in these shared fictional spaces. With that kind of time - beautiful, wonderful and exciting stories and insights occur that when shared - create special and unique communities of fans who can support one another and help affect the storyworld that connects them. No project can ever be as large as the community of human imagination that supports it.
EXPLORATION FUELS IMAGINATION
A projects’ role in this community of imagination is to support, surround and influence its participants. In this mission, Inklings are invited to explore the world, a massive sprawling labyrinth filled with surprises designed to inspire. The world is bigger than any one experience and too large for anyone to see it all. Every experience has a different context and unique time. Each moment of serendipitous discovery defines an Inkling’s experience and catalyzes their thinking about: what exists, what could exist and what we most want to exist in the world around us.
A LICENSE TO CREATE
Each collectible contains a smart contract - an agreement between the created world and its voluntary participant that defines how we play and create together. For Palm Garden: Inklings, we have a set of terms and conditions, and a license for each collectible holder. These licenses are defined as CC by 4.0 - which grants broad permission for the holder to create based on the imagery and story contained by their collectible. The agreements in each collectible are key to the development and expansion of produced works in any story world and while holders are permitted to create, they’re also invited to share those creations back with Palm Garden.
SHARING USER GENERATED CONTENT
Palm Garden is built to inspire its participants to create and share their own transformative work - here’s the link. While holders can create based on their licenses. Palm Garden invites artists to share that work back with the storyworld creation team - at the link – so that the project can curate, feature, amplify and be inspired by the creations of its community of imagination.
YOU GET OUT OF ANY PROJECT WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT.
While creating art and proposals is strongly encouraged, the team also wants to encourage commenting, sharing, and collaborating in the community. When you put time and energy into a community – you get unexpected benefits back in return. Palm Garden’s creation team has pushed themselves to their creative limits, building new tools and working for months to bring the project to life - so that it can inspire you - and we hope it will.
The most exciting time for the creators of these projects is when the audience starts discovering, playing and sharing insights that see things differently. Every contribution - even the small and casual ones - are precious and help understand the storyworld, and the real world that surrounds us.
