ARTECHOUSE launches experiential NFT platform, powered by Palm NFT Studio.
ARTECHOUSE, LiveArt, and Palm NFT Studio today announced a new ARTECHOUSE Experiential NFT platform launch and a concurrent program to showcase Experiential NFTs during NFT.NYC 2022. The platform, an extension of ARTECHOUSE work within the experiential and digital art space, will allow millions of its visitors to commemorate their experiences and become collectors of experiential art, turning real-life memories into digital art collections. Featuring limited-run Experiential NFTs for each of the ARTECHOUSE exhibitions, the platform will be powered by LiveArt, the premier NFT platform for galleries, museums, artists, and collectors. All NFTs in the limited-run collection will be minted sustainably on the Palm network, which is 99.99% more energy-efficient than Proof of Work systems.
In partnership with LiveArt and Palm NFT Studio, ARTECHOUSE is set to host a panel during NFT.NYC. The ARTECHOUSE panel will explore the convergence of experiential art, Web3 and NFTs in relation to what the future holds – as people’s interaction and engagement with art and the surrounding world evolves with the related technology. Panelists to include:
Sandro Kereselidze – Founder & Chief Creative Officer, ARTECHOUSE
Bianca Posterli – Head of Social Marketing and Activations, Twitter
Jim Kwik – NYT Bestselling Author, CEO of Kwik Brain and World’s #1 Brain Coach
Straith Schreder – Creative Director, Palm NFT Studio
Astrid Pilla – Founder, NFT Creator Tours
June 21 will mark the celebration and announcement of the ARTECHOUSE Experiential NFT platform, for which ARTECHOUSE will offer an exclusive, limited-run release of Experiential NFTs available for purchase from their latest exhibition Life of a Neuron created in partnership with the Society for Neuroscience. This groundbreaking exhibit uses three years of research studying the human neuron from pre-birth to death for an unprecedented view inside the human brain.
As NFTs transform the art world, this partnership aims to open yet another door for creators and the larger audience. ARTECHOUSE’s unique approach to Experiential NFT art encourages everyone to become a collector, and not just a viewer, of their experiences and incredible, experiential art. These exhibition-based NFTs grounded in immersive experiences are a chance to collect memories while making digital art collecting accessible to everyone.
“With the help of NFTs, we are pioneering new ways for millions of our audience to become collectors of technology-driven art. As a leader in creative innovation, ARTECHOUSE’s mission is to allow experiential, digital art to become more accessible. We have always been excited to explore the latest technological tools at our locations and beyond, and this collaboration is a groundbreaking step in this direction. We’re thrilled to open doors to the future and create an opportunity to turn memorable art experiences into collectibles, while supporting artists,” says Sandro Kereselidze, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of ARTECHOUSE.
The collaboration is part of a newly formed partnership between LiveArt and Palm NFT Studio to support the art world’s journey toward Web3. Palm NFT Studio provides blockchain strategy as well as creative and technical services for artists and rights holders, and LiveArt powers the ecosystem of creators, museums, galleries and collectors. An initial project from the partnership saw the launch of a dedicated NFT platform for The Institute of Contemporary Art Miami (ICA Miami), the first by a US museum.
Marisa Kayyem, Chief Curator of LiveArt commented, “We believe in the transformational power of technology and an art world that exponentially leverages the best of the industry with the power of Web3. Palm NFT Studio is an ideal partner in realizing this vision, and together we are enabling artists, museums, and galleries to launch sustainability-driven NFT marketplaces. We look forward to working closely with ARTECHOUSE to bring their vision for the future of NFTs to their community.”
“We’re excited to partner with ARTECHOUSE and LiveArt to bring their Experiential NFTs to life,” shared Dan Heyman, CEO and co-founder of Palm NFT Studio. “ARTECHOUSE inherently understands the impact NFTs have in enabling digital artists and unleashing new creative avenues. Their Experiential NFTs make becoming an art collector a participatory experience accessible to everyone. This is a wonderful showcase for our partnership with LiveArt, whose team understands the needs of artists, collectors, museums, and galleries, both traditional and digital. They bring deep expertise to our art world initiatives and we have a number of exciting projects launching in the coming months.”
ARTECHOUSE will be activating throughout NFT.NYC, allowing passholders special all-day access to its NYC location, Life of a Neuron exhibit and interactive XR Bar with a $15 Anytime Ticket, which includes a branded ARTECHOUSE Tote Bag and 20% off bar and merch purchases (available 6/20 – 6/24).
ARTECHOUSE NYC is located in Chelsea Market, at 439 W 15th Street in New York.

About the Palm network
The Palm network is an Ethereum-compatible sidechain, built to serve as the foundation of a new scalable and sustainable ecosystem for NFTs. It is designed by, and for, Ethereum developers and features low gas costs and fast transaction finality. The Palm network uses the IBFT-2 consensus mechanism, a rotating Proof of Authority consensus method, in lieu of Proof of Work. This substantially reduces the computing power required and allows the Palm network to be 99% more energy-efficient than Proof of Work systems. To date, more than 2.5 million NFTs have been minted on the Palm network. There are currently over 1,000,000 wallet addresses and more than 1,750 NFT contracts on the Palm network.
